Join us as our new Sales Specialist and make your contribution.Job Summary: We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our Valtra brand on a 12-month fixed-term basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing our brand strategy and driving sales results across the ANZ region. The role is remote, based in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).Your key responsibilities will include supporting and guiding our dealers to achieve market share and volume targets by developing and executing programs that enhance dealer performance and exceed customer expectations. You will excel if you: Embrace a consultative selling approach Have a deep understanding of dealership operations and maintain strong relationships with dealer teamsCollaborate closely with salespersons, sales managers, and dealership principals to meet sales targets Implement short- and medium-term business targets and strategies in alignment with your manager Your Impact: As a Sales Specialist for the Valtra brand, you will support the ANZ Valtra Dealer network as the primary contact for sales inquiries and assistance in areas including:Sales Campaigns: Drive and manage sales campaigns to boost performance and achieve targets. Specification&Options Enquiries: Offer expert advice on product specifications and options. Demonstration Events: Organize and participate in events to showcase products. Customer Machine Installations: Assist with installation to ensure a seamless experience. Product Training&Sales Coaching: Provide training and coaching to enhance dealer capabilities. Field Days&Dealer Events: Attend events to strengthen relationships and promote our brand. Stock Unit Allocation: Manage stock distribution effectively. Brand Awareness: Maintain Valtra's visibility within the dealer network.
