In this role, you will assist the Sales Support Manager in leading and developing our team, responsible for managing all customer-critical processes at the ‘front of house’.Your responsibilities will also include supporting back-of-house operations, ensuring internal audit requirements are met, and completing daily administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service and a passion for retail.
