We seek an experienced Property Officer who is hands-on, possibly with trade experience, capable of handling tasks from gardening and playground inspections to hanging doors and general maintenance. This is a permanent, full-time role starting August 2025.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Organized with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks Physically fit for heavy lifting and strenuous work First Aid certification preferred but not essential Valid NZ driver’s license is essential Perform weed-eating, spraying, and water blastingManage paper recycling Operate power tools Maintain workshop facilities Clean windows Inspect playgrounds Perform basic plumbing tasks THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: Practical knowledge of building management Ability to coordinate with contractors, tradespeople, and cleanersStrong stakeholder management and communication skills SAFEGUARDING STATEMENT Inspired Education Group is dedicated to safeguarding the welfare of children and young people.
