Wellington is a dynamic and solid business with a vision to provide great quality products, the best value, and expertise to all our customers.This is a key role within our store, requiring a quick-thinking and capable person to join our Seasonal team. The successful applicant will work closely with the Retail manager, handling aspects of seasonal departments from customer service to managing stock and addressing daily situations that arise.The Seasonal department sells outdoor furniture, BBQs in summer, heating solutions in winter, camping equipment, and pool care products. The person we seek must remain cool under pressure and be able to think on their feet. To be successful, you must have: A passion for providing excellent customer service - every customer, every time;The ability to multi-task and follow through on tasks in a timely manner; Physical fitness; Confidence to make decisions as required; Computer literacy. You will be on your feet for 8.5 hours daily, lifting and handling items such as outdoor furniture and BBQs, so physical fitness is essential.Experience in a similar role or retail environment is beneficial.
