Role Overview As a Project Manager, you should come from a construction consultancy background with proven experience on a broad range of commercial projects over $20M in value. Key areas include design and consenting, project management, project planning, risk management, cost management, procurement, contract administration, and construction management. Sector interests include healthcare, education, industrial, defence, and wider commercial.Candidate Requirements 6 - 8+ years of experience Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Building Science, Engineering, or Property Compensation Salary between $130K and $150K+, pending experience.
