Based in our Wiri branch, play a key role in creating and maintaining excellent customer relationships with both external and internal clients. Communicate effectively with customers via written and verbal channels to schedule vehicles and provide updates.Manage and ensure accuracy of all documentation. Create work orders, allocate work to the workshop, and handle invoicing. Collaborate closely with the Workshop team to ensure the availability of parts. Who You Are Previous experience in a parts or warehouse role, preferably within the automotive industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive business relationships. You Will Have Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing abilities. Excellent time management, organisation, and administrative skills.
