Job Description Our Lumino Mobile 2 Unit is looking for a reliable full-time Dental Assistant to join our team! Our Lumino The Dentists mobile dental units visit a large number of secondary schools in the Auckland area, meaning parents don't have to take time off work or remove their child from important classes for them to be seen by a dental therapist.As a Dental Assistant, you will support a highly experienced team of clinicians. You will assist them with diverse and interesting dental procedures during patient appointments. You will also take responsibility for instrument sterilisation, infection control, and stock control. Additionally, you may be required to help at reception from time to time, so being a people person is essential.The unit only operates during the school term. The hours for the role are: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm To find out more about the practice, please follow this link here Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will bring: Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is advantageous but not essential. We are willing to fully train the right person!Ideally, sterilisation and/or customer-facing experience. Warm and positive attitude and team-oriented approach. Strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail. Computer savvy skills with the ability to learn quickly.
