Reporting to the Safety and Sustainability Manager, we are seeking a dedicated Health&Safety Coordinator to join our team. This is a newly created role where you will provide first-line advice and administrative support for all health and safety and employee wellbeing initiatives, ensuring a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace for all team members. This is a part-time role 28 to 32 hours per week across 5 days . This is a fixed-term position until December 2025.Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line advice and support for health and safety and employee wellbeing initiatives. Coordinate and prepare H&S reporting and documentation, including quarterly Health&Safety reports and H&S Committee materials. Support leaders with incident investigations and risk register updates, ensuring thorough documentation and tracking of corrective actions. Collaborate with leaders, team members, and external partners to foster a proactive safety culture. Maintain and optimise our H&S system, including data updates, reporting, and user training. Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Proactive with a keen eye for attention to detail. Qualifications and Experience: 3+ years’ experience in a Health and Safety coordination position. 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Demonstrated knowledge of safety and sustainability strategies and practices.Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Understanding of, and ability to apply, H&S legislation and case law in an ANZ context. Experience using an HRIS or safety database/software. What’s in it for you: Great discounts on our products.
