Dual-Site Manager - Under Armour/Keen - Manawa Bay About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and leadership of our two Manawa Bay stores (Under Armour&Keen/HeyDude/Cariuma shoe store). Reporting to the National Retail Manager (NRM), this role will lead the daily leadership, performance, culture, and success of these two stores. Key Responsibilities: Achieve store budgets&drive weekly performance targets. Ensure wage budgets are adhered to and scheduling is efficient (right people, right place, right time). Provide clear direction and support to maximize opportunities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Drive a culture of excellence through top-tier customer service and foster a knowledgeable team about our products.Develop a connected, people-first culture where each team member understands their role and impact. Impart knowledge and develop your team to enhance capabilities and skills. Collaborate with the NRM on succession planning, recruitment, and team development. About You: Proven success in Retail Management.Passionate about people; committed to delivering an excellent experience for both team members and customers. Own it mindset and solution-oriented approach. Experience in employee relations and a people-first approach. Ability to set clear expectations and develop performance culture. Motivational leadership to grow sales and performance results.Experience in apparel and/or footwear industry preferred. Passion for our brands and driving performance.
