We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Centre Manager who is looking to progress in their ECE Leadership career, managing two Centres: Learning Adventures Takanini (licensed for 50)&Lollipops Takanini (licensed for 75) As our new leader, you’ll role model behaviour, ensuring that Evolves values are upheld daily: Kotahitanga – we are stronger together. Your support will enable your teams to work collaboratively, achieving educational and operational objectives. Your judgement and leadershipwill motivate and inspire your people to deliver exceptional early childcare education (ECE) services to tamariki and their whanau.You will split your time across these two centres, providing effective hands-on leadership that encourages, supports, and enables all team members to achieve their objectives and goals. Each Centre is unique - the Whānau and Tamariki have varying needs and requirements, so you'll enjoy the variety and challenge of ensuring your teams have the right support to be happy, successful and engaged in their roles.You’ll lead with a strong commitment to equity, ensuring fair and inclusive practices. You have demonstrated experience in a Centre Manager role and understand what it takes to run a successful ECE Centre.You have good business acumen and the ability to manage sustainably and profitably for optimum results.
