We have high academic expectations of our students while also supporting them to develop as confident, articulate, resilient, and globally aware young people.We have an opportunity for a fixed-term, full-time position for a Digital Technology - Electronics Teacher who can teach electronics and coding to join our well-resourced technology faculty, starting 3 June and finishing on 5 December to cover refreshment leave. In Y9–10, we offer students an engaging and diverse IB MYP Design programme, followed by our own exciting Y11 programme designed to prepare students for NCEA levels 2 and 3, and Scholarship.An ideal candidate will: Be collaborative and collegial Have experience in teaching NCEA technology achievement standards Be a specialist in electronics and control technology, and coding Knowledge of 3D design can be an added advantage. Involvement in the extensive co-curricular programme is encouraged.Applicants need to be living in New Zealand and have the right to work in New Zealand.
