Highbrook location, 5 minutes off a motorway access with free parking onsite The Role - Customer Service Representative Reporting to one of our Team Leads, you will be responsible for providing frontline inbound customer support for our customers. From answering queries, to problem solving, and upselling - there is a lot to do in this busy role, with each call giving you the variety you need!To be successful, you will be a natural problem solver with a calm and engaging communication style. You will enjoy working with a variety of customers over the phone and via email, using our CRM Salesforce and the Genesys Cloud platform to keep accurate records of your calls. Finish each day knowing that you have helped a customer, making a difference to their day!Your key responsibilities are: First point of contact for inbound customer service support, including issue resolution, add-on, upselling, and order placement Ensure all customer order processing aligns with OfficeMax Customer Support quality guidelines Provide customers with alternative product options if stock is unavailableCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer/order issues promptly and improve satisfaction Escalate issues affecting customer satisfaction to the Team Lead for resolution Complete administrative tasks like keying orders and written communications with customersKeep customer information and activity updated in Salesforce CRM What you will bring: Previous call centre and/or customer service experience in a similar or retail environment Commitment to customer satisfaction Empathetic and adaptable interpersonal skills Good oral and written communication skillsProblem-solving ability Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel Experience with Salesforce, Pronto, and Genesys Cloud is advantageous People and Culture Develop your skills with a personalized development plan Free onsite parking and a café Great team environment and a company you can be proud to work for!Our brand is more than just office and stationery products; we are solutions-focused, customer-centric, and committed to supporting and partnering with our customers and suppliers.
