They’re growing steadily and now seek an experienced broker to manage a high-quality portfolio of domestic clients, with the opportunity to get more involved in Marine.The Role You’ll take ownership of an existing book of domestic clients, providing advice and tailored insurance solutions across home, motor, contents, and landlord policies. Key Responsibilities Manage and retain a portfolio of domestic clients Provide professional, solutions-focused advice across personal linesIdentify opportunities for cross-selling and account development Support brokers on Marine accounts as capacity allows Maintain strong insurer relationships and negotiate terms effectively Ensure compliance and attention to detail in all documentation What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Domestic Broker in the NZ insurance marketStrong product knowledge across personal lines Exposure to Marine insurance (cargo, pleasurecraft, or commercial vessels) is an advantage Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Have the Level 5 NZ Certificate in general insurance or ANZIIFWhy Apply?
