Stakeholder engagement, risk management, and continuous improvement are key aspects of this dynamic role. Key ResponsibilitiesLead project delivery from initiation to completion across multiple sites Coordinate workstreams with internal teams and supplier panels Develop clear delivery plans and ensure alignment across stakeholders Identify, track, and resolve project risks and issues Drive quality and consistency in outcomes, reporting, and processCapture learnings and recommend improvements for future initiatives What You’ll Bring 2+ years’ experience managing ICT or service delivery projects PRINCE2, PMI certification Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Google Suite&MS Office Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced or public sector settings What You Will Get You’ll join a supportive, collaborative team with flexible working arrangements and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
