This is a unique opportunity to lead the planning and delivery of major regeneration and development initiatives—integrating funding, infrastructure, and strategic partnerships to support growth in Auckland’s key locations.Sitting at the heart of the Council’s urban development function, the Auckland Urban Development Office collaborates on large-scale, place-based programmes, working closely with mana whenua, central government, private sector partners and the wider Auckland Council group. Your role will bring these partners together to unlock development opportunities and deliver high-quality, climate-aligned and community-led outcomes.You’ll also oversee commercial property transactions ensuring our land and property assets are delivering the best possible outcomes for our city and communities.
