Casual Sales Assistant - Botany Downs, Auckland

Our buzzing Botany store has an enthusiastic team and a driven Store Manager. With an onsite vet clinic, grooming salon, DIY dog wash and live fish area, Botany is always busy! We pride ourselves on our merchandising, high store standards and friendly team culture! We are conveniently located next to an amazing café, for your lunch time treats, and there is also plenty of parking available.We are looking for casual Sales Assistants, to join our team, where you will work on an as needs basis, which may include weekdays, weekends and public holidays, so flexibility is a must! What will I be doing? This isn’t your regular customer service role. Here at Animates, the advice you give and the products you sell make a real difference to the lives of pets.Our values-led culture and extensive training will develop your expertise to provide specialist nutrition advice, suggest educational toys and know what fish species make good tank-mates + much more! Other daily tasks include fulfilling eCommerce orders, and you may be required to lift heavy items e.g. bags of dog food.What we’re looking for: You’ll pride yourself on delivering customer service excellence, proactively seek solutions and be committed to ongoing learning.
