Greetings to the many authorities, voices, and experts of the world. We are looking for an experienced Senior Advisor Operational Policy to join our Collaboration and Change team. This role plays a key part in planning, developing, and embedding operational policies and procedures that are practical, people-centred, and fit for the future.You will work closely with leaders, staff, and stakeholders across the National Library and Archives New Zealand to ensure operational policies support high quality, innovative practices. Your work will involve leading policy development, advising on projects, translating legislation into practical frameworks, and helping lift operational maturity across the institutions.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys shaping change, working collaboratively, and translating big ideas into clear, effective operational practices.
