Your main responsibilities will include the following:Providing guidance on and supporting the delivery of aquatics-based programmes General lifeguarding duties to ensure customers are safe and looked after Supporting the Team Leader with day-to-day operations at the Centre. This is a Permanent full-time position. As our centre opens 7 days a week, the ability to work early and late shifts, as well as weekends, is crucial in this role. Shifts below:Sunday (9.45am– 6.15pm) and Monday – Thursday (5am – 1.30pm) Please note that you should be available for a 2-week training at West Wave. June 30 - July 11 You’ll have a passion for aquatics and enjoy sharing your knowledge and experience with customers and colleagues to improve water safety. You will be an excellent communicator and committed to delivering exceptional aquatic programmes and providing a high level of customer satisfaction. Joining an energetic and passionate team, you’ll be a keen team player with a flexible approach and be able to take the initiative to help drive a positivesafety culture.You’ll need to hold a current First Aid Certificate as well as a Pool Lifeguard Practising Certificate.
