Our teams are passionate and strive to continuously improve! With over 20 stores operating 24 hours a day and others open during extended hours, Kmart is accessible whenever our customers choose to shop. To support these extended hours, we have Duty Managers overseeing store operations.What you’ll be doing We have two Duty Manager roles: one on a Tuesday to Saturday roster and the other on a Sunday to Thursday roster. Both are full-time positions.
