A day in the Life… Serve as the primary point of contact for Shopper Activation initiatives, overseeing campaigns from ideation to execution.Drive the creation of shopper strategies based on channel and category insights to enhance overall business performance. Oversee&lead the development and execution of category, shopper, and brand activations, including Go-To-Market for NPD launches across all channels. Collaborate with both internal partners (Sales&Marketing) and external customers to develop optimal customer category shopper initiatives. Participate in the development and execution of communication plans&strategies. Manage agency partnerships effectively, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with objectives. Support in financial management for effective planning including creating and managing campaign budgets, tracking expenses and reporting. Stay informed on emerging trends and innovations, incorporating learnings into post-campaign reports and future planning.What will make you successful: Bachelor's degree in commerce or marketing. Experience in Sales, Category, or Shopper Management (5+ years). Proven ability to influence and operate across multiple teams and departments. Experience working across various sales channels, including Grocery, Pet Specialty, and New Business.Strong project management skills with a focus on Activation projects. Experience in implementing communication strategies and programs.
