We really are a company that wants to make a positive difference.He whakamārama mō te tūranga mahi | About the role Duties We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Job Coordinator to join our Maintenance Services team in Penrose. This is primarily an administrative role and the key duties will include: Providing feedback to field supervisors and operations managers on anticipated resource levels and potential need for sub-contractor resourcesEnsure the needs of customers and stakeholders are front of mind in all decisions and activities Work scheduling and alignment of available skilled resources to achieve optimal work completion in terms of SLAs and operating efficiencies. Provide resource co-ordination across internal and external resources/contractors to ensure all elements for service delivery are completed as per requirements.Ensure effective communication and escalation is maintained with client representatives, including Duty Engineers and Faults Centre. General administrative duties as required. Ngā pūkenga e rapu nei mātou | About you To Be Successful In This Role You Will Demonstrate Similar experience in a fast-paced administrative or dispatch role.Exceptional organisational skills and be efficient in execution of field crew coordination and support. A service focus, highly responsive to deadlines. Process orientated and with high attention to detail and accuracy.
