As the Integrated Campaign Manager (Audio&Media), you'll craft best-in-class audio content campaigns for high-profile clients, leveraging NZME’s vast brand portfolio,including ZM, The Hits, Radio Hauraki, Flava and more! You’ll collaborate with some of the most recognisable voices in Aotearoa:Fletch, Vaughan&Hayley, Bree&Clint, Jono&Ben, Toni Street, Sam Wallace, Jason Reeves, Jeremy Wells and others,bringing client ideas to life in bold and engaging ways. You'll be at the forefront of shaping audience-led solutions that seamlessly blend innovation, brand storytelling and commercial success. This is your chance to influence, create, and leave a real mark in the audio and media landscape.HOW YOU'LL DO IT: As the link between creative thinking and commercial success you will: Develop integrated campaign ideas that drive revenue and engage audiences Lead brainstorming sessions and pitch compelling concepts to clients Shape cross-platform campaigns using NZME’s broad media portfolioWork closely with internal teams to bring campaigns to life— from idea to execution Ensure ideas stay within brand, pricing and content guidelines Stay ahead of market trends to keep proposals fresh and competitive ABOUT YOU: You’re a creative, natural innovator, strategist, and collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll bring:5+ years' experience in audio content, media sales, or similar environments. A portfolio of successful integrated content or brand campaigns. Excellent writing, communication and project management skills. A passion for media and a deep understanding of how to reach audiences. A positive, collaborative mindset!
