Strategy Manager, Auckland

A great opportunity for a Strategy Manager in the Personal Banking strategy team. This role plays a key role in shaping the strategy and direction for our largest division in the bank. In this role you will work with the Head of Strategy and senior leaders within the Personal Banking division to develop strategies that accelerate the division's medium- and long-term goals and align to the wider bank strategy.We have a strategic direction and an exciting transformation underway across the Personal Banking division, you will pick up and continue to manage the development of our strategic agenda and support the communication and understanding of our strategy. You'll use local and global market scanning, and data and analysis and to provide insight into opportunities and threats to our business.Analysing data to compile strategic insights, you'll cut through complexity and ambiguity to ensure our strategy achieves Personal Banking's vision. This role is based is our beautiful ASB North Wharf Office, however we embrace flexible working and have a blend of office based and remote working.Ngā mea kia whai angitū ahau? | What do I need to be successful?
