Caregiver Needed - High Needs Child (Autism)– Compassionate, Reliable, and Experienced We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and reliable full-time caregiver for a 13-year-old child diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and classified as very high needs. Responsibilities: Provide 24-hour supervision in a structured, supportive environmentMaintain and implement a strict behavioural routine Administer multiple daily medications, including: o Risperidone o Melatonin o Lactulose o Daily suppositories Manage personal care, emotional regulation support, and daily activities Ensure safety, consistency, and calmness at all times Requirements:Previous experience of atleast 2 to 3 years caring for individuals with Autism or similar settings is required. Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. Strong communication skills and reliability. CPR and first aid certification preferred. Ability to follow a care plan and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals.Schedule: Fixed term for 3 years. 40 hours per week.
