What You’ll Do: Drive Sales: Working with Marketing to drive engagement with prospects within the target geographies Understand: What issues and pain points exist Demonstrate: How Sea-Flux can solve the issues and deliver the desired outcomeTrack: interactions with prospective customers and manage communications in a positive way Build: relationships with prospects in a collaborative way, enabling a trusted relationship Negotiate: successful contracts and outcomes What We’re Looking For: Maritime experience: We’re leading the world in digital vessel management, and authenticity is critical for this roleTech Savvy: We have built Sea-Flux using the latest technology and tools, and require our representatives to be fully immersed in the application and very conversant with the technology through the Sea-Flux application Global Mindset: You understand diverse audiences and can adapt strategies to resonate across cultures.Experience: 5+ years in a maritime environment, plus relationship building and sales experience What’s in It for You?
