Additionally, Worthy Products owns two FMCG distribution companies in New Zealand, VJ Trading and Dutch Rusk, which operate independently to supply FMCG goods across retail and wholesale channels, enhancing our presence in the consumer sector.Position Overview We are seeking a culturally diverse, self-motivated Sales Support&Customer Service Specialist to represent our brand with enthusiasm and excellence. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of sales support or customer service administration experience in FMCG, with a proactive approach, customer focus, accuracy, and efficiency. The role offers a salary aligned with experience. We value continuous improvement, a strong company culture, and diversity and inclusion.Requirements Prior NZ working experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems to manage orders and customer interactions. A customer-focused mindset and passion for service excellence.Knowledge of textiles, garments, or FMCG products. Multilingual skills, especially in Asian or Pacific languages, are advantageous. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
