Within Grow, our remit is focused on Customer Acquisition and Engagement. We work with stakeholders to enable new capabilities helping Xero scale and improve our external customers and internal users experience. We work with systems like, Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM), Marketing Cloud, Qualtrics, CRM Analytics and other tools to better enable Xero to achieve their strategic objectives.What you'll do Collaborate closely with Revenue and Sales Operations teams to understand their strategic objectives, processes, and challenges. Design and implement Salesforce solutions to optimize sales workflows and drive revenue growth, leveraging your Salesforce expertise. Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce configurations and customizations.Identify and resolve functional and technical issues within Salesforce to ensure seamless operations. Stay updated on Salesforce features, updates, and best practices, recommending improvements. Partner with Product Managers and Business Analysts for project delivery. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems.Conduct workshops and training to promote user adoption of Salesforce solutions. Develop and maintain Salesforce standards, documentation, and best practices. Act as a Salesforce subject matter expert for stakeholders across Revenue, Marketing, and Sales Operations. What you'll bring Extensive experience as a Functional Consultant with Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations in large organizations.Proven success in delivering complex Salesforce solutions and managing large-scale projects. Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into functional requirements and configurations. Strong problem-solving skills and proactive issue resolution within Salesforce. Expertise in Salesforce configuration, automation, data management, security, and integrations.Experience with third-party integrations supporting sales and marketing. Familiarity with version control systems like GitHub. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams. Knowledge of agile methodologies. Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly valued.Commitment to continuous learning about Salesforce features and industry trends. Why Xero?
