With a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes from a broad range of construction and commercial disputes, you will play a key role in delivering results for the firm, its clients and the wider community.Exceptional quality of work You'll work on complex, high-value disputes and litigation matters, including class actions, construction and commercial disputes, and enforcement of judgments and arbitration awards. Cases may involve novel points of law, multi-jurisdictional issues, and high-value disputes across defective product claims, allegations of white-collar fraud, disputes over payment claims and schedules, and enforcement of foreign judgments. You'll also work on debt recovery proceedings, property disputes, and a range of construction sector issues.An award-winning team This team's expertise in litigation is second to none. With high standards of integrity, transparency, and excellence, you'll bring enthusiasm, optimism, and creative thinking to tackle complex client problems.
