This role will provide support to for the overall governance of the TSB’s programmes, ensuring consistency with frameworks and team objectives.Who are you? You will display proactive problem-solving capability with the ability to think critically while maintaining a holistic perspective. Your excellent communication skills are important as you will work across all levels of the organisation including senior leaders, technical and non-technical people.You will demonstrate your experience supporting your team and other stakeholders in areas such as budgets, costs forecasting, tracking performance and document repositories. You will display the ability to make good judgments, decision-making and recommendation based on facts and research. In this role, you can expect to:Triage and resolve transition queries from change delivery teams. Support the SEO with establishing and maintaining document repositories. Manage the on-boarding and ongoing requirements of contractors, ensuring policies are followed. Support delivery leadership roles, delivery leadership and Finance.We are looking for candidates who have: 3+ years working in a structured project management environment with strong financial acumen. Advanced computer skills, particularly in Office 365, MS Teams, Jira, SharePoint. What’s in it for me?
