You'll leverage AI to create smarter workflows, accelerate legal processes, and innovate in legal tech. Reports to: Director of Engineering Location: [Location details if available]What You’ll Do: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop innovative features. Own the full development lifecycle for product features, from POC to deployment and maintenance. Contribute to architecture design, balancing scalability and cost. Maintain security standards and AI governance in a multi-tenant environment.Mentor junior engineers. Stay updated on AI advancements. What You’ll Need: Self-starter with initiative. Proactive problem solver. Resilient and adaptable. Customer-focused with a design-first approach. Value-driven with a focus on delivering meaningful features.
