The Role As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's prominent store in Auckland. This includes managing a team of sales associates, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales and revenue growth. You will also be responsible for maintaining the store's visual merchandising, inventory management, and overall brand presentation.Key responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback. Ensure exceptional customer service and a seamless shopping experience for all customers. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet/exceed sales targets.Oversee the store's visual merchandising, ensuring a consistently high-quality brand presentation. Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to optimise product availability. Skills and Experience Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a retail management or store management role. Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to achieve sales and customer service targets.Strong visual merchandising and inventory management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
