As a classroom teacher, you will haveexpertise in tailoring the educational experience to ensure every child canachieve their best and provide exceptional pastoral care. You will beresponsible for the homeroom programme, which integrates Mathematics, English,Science, Social studies, and Personal and Social development, through aninquiry approach, supported by the latest research about the Science ofLearning and Structured Literacy. Specialist teachers support Mandarin, te reoMāori, PE, Music, Visual and Performing Arts, which also provides non-contacttime for our teachers, enabling them to spend time on planning, preparation andcollaborating with their team, during the school day.This role requires a NZ Registeredteacher who has: Exceptionalinterpersonal skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders Abilityto build strong relationships with students and parents Acommitment to support our co-curricular programme Abilityto work collaboratively as part of an effective teamEnthusiasmfor technology (we are a recognised Apple Distinguished School) A greatsense of humour.
