Mō te tūranga ~ About the role As a developer in the Lending focus area, you'll be part of a team that aims to provide a seamless experience for our frontline staff, supporting customers through key financial milestones such as requesting a mortgage or personal loan, refinancing, or settling a loan after a home sale. We encourage our teams to work autonomously in an agile environment while continuously growing their skills to improve customer outcomes.You will work on complex, enterprise-scale integration projects within a smaller squad that makes its own decisions about priorities. Your voice and opinions will be valued. Our T-Shaped teams will expose you to all aspects of engineering daily. We are looking for a mix of technical skills to support activities such as:Modernising our technology stack with React and .NET Core Redesigning applications for Azure Creating engaging banking applications and services We value initiative, problem-solving skills, and leadership qualities. You should take ownership of your work, be pragmatic, and deliver solutions on time.
