We pay a competitive hourly rate PLUS COMMISSION!!! This is a full-time position working on a rotating Monday - Sunday roster which will include some weekend work. Job tasks and responsibilities Managing customer inquiries through multiple inbound channels including phone, email, and social mediaConverting quotes into sales Upselling vehicles, accessories, and extras Problem solving and providing solutions for customer queries and potential issues they may have Completing administrative tasks Working towards monthly targets Ensuring Snap Rentals' vision is maintained and deliveredThe successful candidate will need to have the following attributes: Relevant experience in resolving customer complaints Proven experience in retail or sales, including upselling and cross-selling Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a great phone manner Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skillsProfessionalism An eye for detail Positive energy About Us Snap Rentals is an award-winning car rental company with depots in Auckland, Wellington, Nelson, Christchurch, and Queenstown.
