We seek leaders with courage, clarity, and humanity to inspire and support their teams.The Opportunity As our National Sales Manager - Strategic Accounts, you will drive sustainable growth in the Strategic Accounts Channel through leadership, team mentoring, coaching, and sales strategies. Building strong relationships with Strategic Account Groups to understand their needs and enhance loyalty will be key.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to onboard new Strategic Accounts. Collaborate with the Head of Strategic Accounts and Senior Growth&Initiatives Specialist to achieve channel growth. Lead the Strategic Accounts grant process, including budget setting and governance. Design strategies for Strategic Accounts events, including conferences and roadshows. Support the Business Development team to achieve sales and retention targets.Mentor and develop the sales team to high performance. Oversee Adviser onboarding processes. Identify cross-sell opportunities and assess capability gaps. Work with National Sales Managers across channels to support a strong sales culture. Ideal Candidate Profile Strong sales management skills.Experience in building relationships, influencing, and leading high-performing teams. Distribution management experience in financial services with proven sales success. Understanding of current market, industry structure, and regulatory changes.
