This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-focused environment, is highly organised, and can manage multiple responsibilities with professionalism and care.About the Role: As a Body Corporate Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of Body Corporates, Residents' Societies, and land covenant developments. You will be the key contact for owners, committees, and service providers, ensuring the smooth operation of each community under your care.Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial developments Coordinate and attend Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and committee meetings Oversee compliance with governing documents, service contracts, and legislative obligations Prepare budgets and review financial reports in collaboration with our finance teamRespond promptly to enquiries from owners, contractors, and stakeholders Handle day-to-day operational matters and ensure high service standards Apply logical thinking and a solutions-based approach to problem-solving About You: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalConfident chairing meetings and presenting to groups Highly organised, with strong time management and attention to detail Able to multi-task and work independently under pressure Technologically confident– comfortable using cloud-based management systems Previous experience in body corporate or property-related industries is an advantageKnowledge of the Unit Titles Act and Residents’ Societies is desirable Why Join Us?
