This Auckland-based senior leadership role involves leading and developing a team, including a Sales Manager, Client Executives, and Client Managers within Trade Me Motors. You will provide planning and execution support to the Sales Director to drive revenue growth, product adoption, and client partnerships towards agreed targets.Our Motors team is an award-winning, vibrant group based throughout New Zealand. Here is what you can expect from this role: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management and new business development.Lead and further develop a high-performing sales team. Develop and execute major 'go-to-market' initiatives. Drive adoption of value-added offerings into dealerships. Design and implement initiatives that create value for B2B customers alongside the Sales Director. Provide ongoing coaching and professional development to the team.What you will bring to our team: Significant sales team leadership and management experience, including go-to-market activities. A proven track record of delivering positive commercial results. Relevant automotive industry experience.
