Store Manager - Glen Innes, Auckland

We’re sending out the sniffer dogs to track down our newest pack leader! Animates is New Zealand’s leading pet care company with 47 pet specialty retail stores, 28 grooming salons and 15 vet clinics and growing. Glen Innes is a vibrant busy store, with a loyal community customer base and a friendly, inviting atmosphere. As a full service store with a Vet Clinic, DIY dog wash and dedicated fish area, this is an ideal store to learn and progress your retail career. We're also conveniently located closely to a train/bus link.This is a permanent, full-time role, working 40 hours a week, Tuesdays - Saturdays, Including weekends, and public holidays. What you'll be doing: Here at Animates you’ll enjoy a rewarding career where the advice we give, the services we offer and the products we sell make a real difference to the lives of pets.You’llcoach your team, deliver and drive sales, manage day-to-day operations and be empowered to manage the store’s profit and loss. Our values-led culture and extensive training will also develop your product expertise to provide specialist nutrition advice, make the right toy suggestions and know what fish species make good tank-mates + much more!What we’re looking for: An energetic retail leader, passionate about developing others and delivering customer service excellence.
