This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated legal professional to work on a wide range of interesting and meaningful matters while contributing to a business that will invest in your growth!In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering legal and regulatory advice across the business. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to provide guidance on a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters, from contract review and negotiation to internal legal support on corporatefinance and capital markets initiatives.You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment that offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to continue sharpening your legal expertise alongside a supportive, experienced team. What you’ll bring: A New Zealand qualified lawyer with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) and a current NZ practising certificateExperience in general corporate and commercial law (in-house experience a bonus but not required) Strong contract drafting, review, and negotiation skills A confident communicator who can build rapport across all levels of the business A pragmatic, proactive, and commercially minded approach Comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative teamOceania Careers Reimagining the Retirement and Aged Care Living experience in New Zealand.
