Auckland Transport is looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Car Park Operations Support. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for Auckland Transport, assisting customers with their parking queries and managing day-to-day operations of public car parks.Key Responsibilities: Manage all day-to-day operations of public car parks on behalf of Auckland Transport Assist customers with their parking queries and quickly resolve customer complaints and problems Enforce time and vehicle restrictions in the mobility, P2, loading zone, scooter/motorcycle parking, and parent parking spacesEffectively manage "car park full" procedures Conduct routine daily checks, planned and reactive maintenance, and weekly building, environmental, and health&safety checks This is a permanent part-time opportunity working Saturdays from 2:30pm to 11pm. Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring? With a minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, you will enjoy engaging with our customers, making every interaction count.
