The OpportunityJoin us on a 6-month secondment as a Senior Growth&Delivery Specialist to drive strategic initiatives and unlock growth within our Strategic Accounts Team. You will be pivotal in executing projects that support AIA’s Distribution Strategy, making a real impact. Key Responsibilities Include Developing and implementing strategies to enhance functions, identify growth opportunities, and improve business outcomes across channels.Delivering projects and strategic initiatives, collaborating with project sponsors and business owners to ensure alignment and achievement of objectives. Coordinating change management activities for successful implementation of initiatives. Working with Growth&Initiatives Specialists and Performance&Delivery Specialists to ensure alignment and collaboration. Seeking opportunities to improve offerings to Advisors, customers, and partners. Maintaining knowledge of external environment including economic, competitive, and digital trends. Analyzing sales trends and providing insights and recommendations.Working with senior leaders to implement sales strategies across channels. Leading the Group Assistance Programme (GAP) requirements, including member changes, liaison, reporting, payments, and queries. Analyzing sales data for anomalies and insights. Ideally, You’ll Bring Passion, drive, enthusiasm, and professionalism.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong relationship management skills and a proven ability to build connections at all levels. Negotiation and influencing skills, with a collaborative approach to solutions.
