The analysis role forms part of the Transformation and Delivery Practice and is integral to the successful delivery of ASB's strategic outcomes.Mo te tūranga | About the Role: We have a variety of roles for Senior Cloud Data Platform BAs. As a Senior Cloud Data Platform BA at ASB, you'll be a key contributor within our Delivery Practice - supporting cross-functional programs with clear, actionable insights and robust analysis that drive technology and business change.Your work will focus on enabling end-to-end transformation initiatives, including system integration, platform decommissioning, and enterprise process improvement. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to align business needs to impactful platform capabilities and solutions.Key Responsibilities Lead and execute detailed business and data analysis across complex strategic initiatives Document current and future state processes, user journeys, and integration points Partner with stakeholders to elicit, validate, and manage business and technical requirements Support go-live planning, test case development, and system migration effortsAnalyse and translate large volumes of data to inform business decisions Facilitate workshops, stand-ups, and agile ceremonies as needed Support change management activities including impact analysis and communication Mōu |About you: You will have at least three to five years of experience working as a Business Analyst with demonstrable skills, including:Strong technical skills relating to data driven requirements elicitation, requirements management, and data mining analysis capabilities across a range of projects Effective communication and stakeholder interaction skills A strong focus on building positive professional relationships, fostering a collaborative team working environmentTalent for analytical thinking and problem solving The ability to get to the simple essence of what customers value Ethics, personal accountability, integrity, self-organisation, and time-management A growth and results mindset to explore and learn new concepts, ideas, and continuous improvement opportunitiesAn understanding of how information fits into a larger context and what details are important A positive attitude in the face of change IIBA Certification preferable He aha tā mātou | What can we offer?
