You will play a key role in developing design projects alongside your creative leader, building on innovative ideas with skill and craftsmanship, always pushing the work forward.What you’ll do Maintain and elevate design standards, both individually and within the team. Deliver work that meets the expectations of creative leadership. Collaborate with strategists, creative strategists, design directors, and creative directors on idea generation, understanding briefs, and client needs.Implement projects from conceptual or design stages with support from our Executive Creative Director and team. Take responsibility for tasks, set priorities with your creative lead, and meet deadlines and budgets. Present your work confidently to clients, articulating ideas clearly. Share your design knowledge and stay informed about industry trends to inspire your team and clients.Contribute to a positive and healthy team culture at Designworks. What you’ll bring 4+ years of industry experience as a Designer. Curiosity about the world and a desire to keep learning. Confidence to share opinions and listen to others. Ability to build positive, collaborative relationships with respect for more senior creatives.Generosity and openness, sharing ownership of work within a collective culture. Ambition, resilience, and dedication to excellence. Willingness to try, fail, and learn from experiences.
