In this dynamic role, you'll work within a squad to create a compelling vision and purpose, establish operating rhythms, and drive agile practices across the business. You'll be the champion of the "Resolution Life Way," ensuring the accuracy of JIRA data, gathering and prioritising requirements, and managing stakeholder relationships and expectations.Your exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management will be crucial as you define and reprioritise roadmaps, manage trade-offs, and ensure timely delivery of projects. You'll facilitate squad ceremonies, collaborate across squads, and oversee squad resourcing and financials. With your expertise in life insurance, CRM, and digital transformation, you'll translate technical concepts into business solutions, enhancing our capabilities and driving results.If you have a strong drive, excellent communication skills, and experience in leading technical teams within a fast-paced Agile environment, we want you!
