Machine Operator (Up to $27.65/hourly +$1 for night shift), Auckland

Job Title: Machine Operator (Up to $27.65/hourly) Who we are looking for: We are currently seeking a Machine Operator for our Milford, UT location. Training will be provided. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Machine Operator will set up and operate an extrusion machine according to established procedures, guidelines, and customer requirements while maintaining safety and efficiency.What you’ll do: Operate a PVC extrusion line independently, ensuring product meets all specifications. Test and measure products to ensure conformance with required standards, ensuring product appearance meets or exceeds market requirements. Inspect print, wall, O.D., length, appearance, and bellfit on all lines.Accurately complete Quality Control forms. Identify and resolve quality issues. What you’ll bring: Experience with extrusion or the ability to quickly learn extrusion operations and changeover procedures. Basic math skills for quick and accurate counting and calculations. Adaptability to changing work environments and the ability to handle multiple demands calmly and logically.Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift 70 pounds unassisted. Within 3 months, you’ll: Complete required training. Develop relationships with key stakeholders.
