We are seeking an Area Engineer to join our Transportation team and work on delivering the Road Maintenance and Renewals Contract in the north Waikato area.What will you do? Support the Contract Manager in the daily activities for managing the road maintenance and renewals contract. Work closely with WDC and Contractor Asset Management teams to ensure renewal programmes align with strategic outcomes and critical success factors. Ensure programmes focus on delivering council's strategic priorities and critical success factors.What do you bring? At least five years' experience in a maintenance contract as a maintenance engineer or technician. Strong planning and delivery skills. Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
