We are looking for two Solution Architects to join our Technology team!About the role As the Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in translating business needs into technology solutions. You will serve as a leader within a value stream, bridging the gap between business stakeholders, value stream leads, and technical teams, considering the current technological landscape and the desired future state.Who are you? You will demonstrate proven success in establishing the Technical Vision, creating a unified technical and architectural vision for the solutions that aligns with the objectives of the value stream. You should have proven experience with design and execution, creating high-level architectures and designs for new systems or improvements. Capable of assessing potential risks associated with solutions and developing strategies to mitigate them. Solid experience in analyzing business and technical requirements to ensure comprehensive and effective solutions.In this role, you can expect to: Develop high-level architectures and designs for new systems or enhancements. Cultivate a shared technical and architectural vision for the solutions, ensuring alignment with the value stream's goals. Ensure solutions are well-architected, scalable, maintainable, and adhere to relevant technical standards and policies.We are looking for candidates who have: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in solution architecture. A proven track record of delivering complex, scalable solutions within the Financial Services Sector.
