Our client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join their friendly and collaborative IT support team.You will be part of a 13-person team providing Level 1&2 support via phone and email, with occasional in-person support on a rotating basis. Confidence with Active Directory and Office 365 in a Microsoft environment is essential. Ideal Candidate Proactive and able to hit the ground running A natural problem solver who resolves issues before escalatingComfortable with remote-first setup (1-2 days in office as needed) Eager to learn and passionate about helping people Excellent communicator with positive, outgoing energy Minimum Requirements 2+ years of Service Desk or Desktop Support experience Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Office 365Confidence in handling Level 1&2 support tickets Strong communication and customer service skills Friendly, team-oriented attitude (bonus for sense of humor!)
