Our client is a retail marketing agency working with some of NZ’s most iconic consumer brands and retailers to boost shopper engagement and conversion. They are looking for an Account Director to join their central Auckland city team in a freelance capacity. This role is perfect for someone with advertising or shopper marketing agency experience,strong client management skills, and a passion for retail innovation. As a key liaison between clients and internal teams, you will ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly, on time, and on budget.With 5+ years of experiencein account management within an agency or marketing environment and a strong understanding ofretail and FMCG marketingand how to influence shopper behaviour, you will have excellentclient relationship and stakeholder management skills and the ability to jugglemultiple projects, deadlines, and prioritieswith confidence.The right person for this role will have strongstrategic thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail, experience in developingcreative briefsand working closely with creative teams and a proactive andsolutions-focused approach, always looking for ways to add value. This is a full time in office assignment.
