Sales&Supply Chain Coordinator, Auckland

We’re looking for a talented, switched-on Sales&Supply Chain Coordinator to join our growing team that was just awarded‘Best Emerging Business’ in all of Auckland. This role will take ownership over our day-to-day ordering from major retailers across 5 countries as well as lead our Sales and Marketing insights and reporting. You'll also work closely with our Logistics&Operations Manager and COO to drive sales growth across our business and our Marketing Manager on eCommerce execution and optimization. This role would suit someone enthusiastic about business and entrepreneurship with 1-2 years’ experience in a similar field or just graduated from a Business / Operations / Project Management Degree. We’re looking for someone who can learn quickly and is motivated to be part of driving growth at a dynamic, successful NZ FMCG start-up with global scope.Role will include but not be limited to: Order Management&Logistics Receiving and processing orders from retailers. Checking stock levels and managing the on-time delivery of orders by booking logistics. Setting up and on-boarding new Retail Accounts + ERP systems when required. Analyzing Sales and chasing up orders when needed. Inventory Management&Supply Chain Management Forecasting required stock in Australia, USA&New Zealand based on orders. Booking logistics and managing correct import/export documents and paying duties/fees on time. Preparing regular Stock on Hand reports for finance and management. Preparing weekly Sales and Marketing reports and providing insights and ideas on how this can impact our inventory planning and marketing strategiesDigital Marketing Support Establishing our presence on eCom sites like Amazon USA and executing on this strategy. Supporting our Marketing Manager on the execution of Paid Ad campaigns, reporting and optimizations. PO/Account management&Reconciliations Processing orders through Xero and working with the Accounts team to raise invoices. Disputing chargebacks&/or rebates with retailers when needed. Business&Executive Assistant Support Working closely with the C-Suite team on additional projects and tasks that support the smooth operations and growth of MOXX brands. WHO’S A GOOD FIT? 1-2 years’ experience or just graduated with a Business / Management / Marketing Degree and are wanting to grow and learn new skills.Must have a high degree of accuracy and great attention to detail. Strong communication skills to manage external and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in mathematics and excel - must love data and uncovering insights. Fast learner and problem solver.
